Getting started with exercise, or returning after time away, can feel overwhelming. Traditional group classes aren’t the right fit for everyone, especially if you’re working with past injuries or want a program that’s designed specifically for your body and goals. And walking into a gym where everyone seems to know exactly what they’re doing? That can be intimidating.
Foundations is different. It’s a supportive, coach-led environment where training is tailored to you. Each participant follows a personalized program with hands-on coaching, expert guidance, and a clear path to building strength and confidence, all without the pressure to keep up with anyone else.
Some people need more focused attention. Others simply feel more comfortable in a smaller, more personalized setting. But one-on-one personal training can be cost-prohibitive, and it often lacks the energy and motivation of a group. Foundations strikes the balance: individualized coaching, at a more accessible price, in a community that feels like your own.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Strength, resistance, movement, and endurance training are among the most powerful tools for long-term health, but they can seem inaccessible or overwhelming. One of our core missions at EVOLVE is to change this narrative. We want to help you build lifelong strength, endurance, and resilience, no matter where you are starting from.
That’s exactly why we designed the EVOLVE Foundations program.
EVOLVE Foundations is a semi-private training environment, limited to just 5 people per class, designed to improve your strength, endurance, and capability outside the gym, no matter where you’re starting from. You will get individualized attention and support, all at a more accessible cost than traditional one-on-one training.
Program Details:
60-minute full-body session, limited to 5 individuals.
Each workout is tailored specifically to you. Exercises will be selected based on your medical/injury history, experience, and goals.
The program is designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to progressively improve strength, build endurance, and reduce injury risk. Each workout will be different, but not random.
There is a focus on building a foundation of proper movement patterns and technique, using specific strength, mobility, stability, core, and conditioning exercises
Your monthly membership includes:
Access to our world-class coaches.
A personalized program to meet your needs.
Access to any other EVOLVE classes (limit eight per month).
Open access to the EVOLVE facility from 5 am-10 pm, 7 days per week.
Monthly Membership Rate: $215
Weekly Schedule
Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 am - 9:30 am
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 1:15 - 2:15 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15 - 5:15 pm.
We have chosen times when our facility is relatively quiet to ensure a comfortable and personalized training experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this program perfect for? This program is specially designed for individuals who are starting a fitness routine for the first time, getting back to exercise after significant time off, or for whom a typical class environment is not appropriate due to specific injury history, movement limitations, or goals.
Is this program physical therapy? While this program is designed in part by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, it is not physical therapy. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any specific injury. We can accommodate a wide variety of needs, including injuries and specific modifications, but the EVOLVE Foundations program is not a substitute for 1-on-1 physical therapy. If you currently have pain or an injury, we recommend a physical therapy evaluation prior to starting the program. You should be able to complete the following movements without significant pain:
Stand up and down from a chair 5 times
Go up and down a flight of stairs
Get up and down from the floor
Place a 5-pound object onto a shelf above your head
If any of these movements cause you pain, we recommend scheduling a physical therapy evaluation before starting.
Can I purchase a package of classes rather than a monthly membership? We don’t offer class packages because each participant follows a personalized program, and real progress comes from consistent coaching and support. Our monthly membership model is designed to help you build momentum and stay on track with your goals.
I have another EVOLVE gym membership. Can I attend this program? You can try your first EVOLVE Foundations session for free, but after that, the sessions are reserved specifically for individuals enrolled in the program. You can change your membership to the Foundations membership at any time and receive access to both these semi-private sessions and EVOLVE’s other offerings.
Why is the Foundations membership a different price from your other memberships? This program has different membership rates due to our individualized approach, along with a small, semi-private nature of the program. We want to ensure that you have the best experience possible.

What other classes does the Foundations membership include: With your monthly Foundations membership, you can attend our other adult classes: EVOLVE Strong, and Yoga Flow. You can attend up to eight of these per month. We offer this as an added benefit, allowing you to supplement your Foundations classes if desired. Discuss with your coach if these other classes are right for you. Unused classes do not rollover to the next month.
What is Open Gym? With your Foundations membership, you also get access to our facility, 5am-10pm, seven days per week. If you miss your normal Foundations session, you can come in during Open Gym hours to complete a workout. You can also come to use the facility for any other reason: to roll and stretch, to use the cardio equipment, or just to say hey! If you plan to use open gym, discuss how to structure your independent workouts with your coach.
What if my schedule is unpredictable and I spend a lot of time out of town? We get it, schedules can be busy. If you still want personalized programming, we designed our 2x per month personal training membership just for you! This membership allows you to access Foundations classes, EVOLVE Strong, yoga, and open gym.
Is there an initiation fee or commitment period? Nope! You can start and stop your membership at any point.
