We're located on the west side of Flagstaff, on the first floor of The Standard apartment complex.
Parking Information: When arriving at our facility, park on the ground level of the parking garage at The Standard. The entire ground level is reserved for customers of the businesses located in the complex. Then, walk out of the entrance of the parking garage, and up to the right. We are located in the last suite on your right.

Gym Schedule: Classes available Monday - Saturday. Click here for the class schedule. Open gym is available to members from 5am - 10pm daily. Please note that open gym is often unstaffed.
